MLC are excited to announce that construction has started on their new Year 7 & 8 building. This will impact visitors to the College so we strongly recommend anyone coming onto the MLC campus on a regular basis to keep themselves informed with any changes in access/conditions by visiting http://mlc.vic.edu.au/MLC-Difference/Campus-Facilities/7-8-Learning-Centre. Attached is a map showing new walking access to the basketball courts.
Access via Fitzwilliam Street is the preferred entrance for visitors, especially those with prams or in wheelchairs. There is no access up the hill from the carpark anymore, you can cut up through our Junior School and across the oval, however due to various stairs, this is not accessible for prams or wheelchairs.
We would like to remind all of our basketball community that:
- There is no smoking or eating in the courts. MLC is a non-smoking environment and patrons, users and visitors are asked to not smoke anywhere on MLC property, or within close vicinity of entrance gates
- NO dogs are allowed on school grounds.
- NO street shoes/high heeled shoes are to be worn in the Sports Halls or on synthetic field at any time. Correct sporting or rubber soled shoes are to be worn in these facilities.
